BANANA AND STARWBERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 serving whey protein powder (strawberry tastes the best)
4 strawberries
1 banana, cut up
250ml / 9 Oz. skimmed milk
1 tablespoon artificial sweetener (optional)
4 ice cubes, crushed

Preparation:
Put the ingredients in the order above in the blender. Blend on low speed for 20 seconds and on high speed for 20 seconds.


THE HULK

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 serving vanilla whey protein powder
1 banana
1 cup pineapple pieces
250ml / 9 Oz. pure apple juice
100 ml / 3.5 Oz. water or skimmed milk
1 tablespoon spirulina powder
4 ice cubes, crushed

Preparation:
Put the ingredients in the order above in the blender. Blend on low speed for 20 seconds and on high speed for 20 seconds.


LOW CARB PROTEIN SHAKE

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 serving whey protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
1 cup (250ml / 9 Oz.) cottage cheese
1 cup cream
2 cups (500ml / 18 Oz.) water
8 ice cubes, crushed

Preparation:
Put the ingredients in the order above in the blender. Blend on low speed for 20 seconds and on high speed for 20 seconds.


MUSCLE BUILDER PROTEIN SHAKE

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 serving whey protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
1 serving N-R-G protein powder
1 egg
2 table spoons Macadamia nut oil
2 cups (500ml / 18 Oz.) water
8 ice cubes, crushed

Preparation:
Put the ingredients in the order above in the blender. Blend on low speed for 20 seconds and on high speed for 20 seconds.


POWER PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 banana
3 or 4 strawberries or raspberries
150 ml / 5 Oz. low fat plain yogurt
150 ml / 5 Oz. pure apple or orange juice
1 tablespoon protein powder
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon wheat germ

Preparation:
Put the ingredients in the order above in the blender. Blend on low speed for 20 seconds and on high speed for 20 seconds.


VERY LOW CARB PROTEIN SHAKE

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 serving whey protein powder (strawberry, chocolate or vanilla)
2 cups (500ml / 18 Oz.) skimmed milk
4 ice cubes, crushed

Preparation:
Put the ingredients in the order above in the blender. Blend on low speed for 20 seconds and on high speed for 20 seconds.
